The support and dedicated responsible gaming team received GamCare Social Responsibility and Interaction training, which has been CPD certified, providing a holistic approach to the enhancement of personal skills and proficiency throughout their work.
We feel it is important that our players’ betting experience is a positive one. Working in conjunction with regulators and gambling organisations, we provide an extensive range of controls to help you play responsibly.
Whilst providing tools to help control gambling is something that we are committed to, and players who are concerned that they may intentionally avoid them should seek guidance from a responsible gambling trust such as BeGambleAware®.
Whilst the majority of people do gamble responsibly, for some, gambling can become a problem. Please see below our guidelines and instructions on how to monitor your, a family member’s or a friend’s gambling to make sure that it does not become problematic in nature.
